Although I am a good computer repairman, I am an experienced technical instructor as well. This means that I have a lot of the theoretical knowledge that goes along with repair.

I am a native to the Atlanta area and I have been married for 23 years. I used to be a dump truck driver and house painter before I decided to do something better with my life. That’s how this career started.

I am certified by CompTIA with the A+ and Network + certifications. I am also certified by the Electronics Technicians Association with the CST certification. A+ certification is a standard in computer repair. Network+ certification is a standard in computer networking. CST is another computer repair certification. In addition, I have 10 DELL certifications and  I have been repairing computers since 1996.

I have been teaching computer repair and networking since 2000 and teaching software since 1997. I have taught in three major colleges and countless private training companies. I have worked in the IT departments of five businesses.

I completed a 1 year Computer Networking Certificate program at Clayton College and State University.  Most of what I know comes from hands on experience or teaching courses. It's really true that the teacher always learns more than the students.
