I offer  periodic visits to perform very important maintenance on your computers. Just like a car, if you do not perform routine maintenance, your pc WILL fail.

Without this maintenance, you will have problems and eventually need to call me or someone else to straighten the mess. Routine maintenance is essential to the health of computers. For instance, if you let dust build up inside a pc, it can overheat and damage some hardware. Dust acts like an insulator on chips. The Windows operating system needs routine processes to be run on it or it will become a little “crazed” and can freeze and crash.

For a business with several computers, I suggest that I drop in once a month to check on everything for you. I will:

· Blow out the dust of each computer twice a year.

· Run a defragmenting program on each computer monthly.

· Check for and remove viruses, spyware, and adware

· Run more than one registry checker program to correct registry errors monthly.

· Get a report of problems from your supervisors and solve them or make solution suggestions.

· Run Windows updates and other software updates.

· Sit with employees and answer questions about software.
